Questions
What does "billed yearly" mean?
You pay for 12 months up front and get them for the price of 10. Month to month costs about 20% more and you can stop any time.
Can I add something later?
Any time. Billed yearly, you pay for the rest of your year, so everything renews on one date.
Can I take something off?
Yes, from your next renewal. Your data stays, ready if you add it back.
We close for winter. Do we pay all year?
No. Month to month, you can pause while you're closed and pay nothing.
Is there a setup fee?
No. If you'd like us to do the setup for you (load your products, menu, printers, floor plan), it's $199, free if you pay yearly.
What about the temperature sensors?
Sensors are bought separately. Ask us and we'll quote for your fridges and freezers.
Is GST included?
Yes. Every price is in NZ dollars and includes GST.
Do I need a contract?
No.
